How We Can Help

Subscriptions and Billing

  • Realizer may offer paid monthly and annual auto-renewable subscriptions through Apple’s App Store.
  • Subscriptions are billed and managed through your Apple Account. To view, change, or cancel a subscription, open your device Settings, select your Apple Account, and choose Subscriptions.
  • Deleting the Realizer app or deleting your Realizer account does not automatically cancel an active Apple subscription.
  • Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled by Apple under Apple’s applicable policies.

Account Access and Deletion

  • An account is required to use Realizer. Accounts are created using an email address and password through the App’s authentication system.
  • You may permanently delete your account through the account or profile settings available inside the App. Account deletion is separate from subscription cancellation.
  • Deleting your account may permanently remove your saved meals, activity logs, preferences, progress history, motto, and other account information. Limited information may be retained where permitted or required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or technical-backup purposes, as described in the Privacy Policy.

About Realizer

  • Realizer is a lifestyle and behavior-support app designed to help adults build greater awareness, consistency, and supportive daily routines.
  • The App may include tools for meal and water logging, macro guidance, workouts and activity, sleep, mood and energy check-ins, reflection, motivational messaging, and AI-assisted features.
  • Realizer does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, therapy, emergency services, or professional healthcare services. App content and estimates are provided for general lifestyle and educational purposes only.

When Contacting Support

To help us investigate an issue, include:

  • The email address associated with your account
  • Your device model and iOS version, when relevant
  • A brief description of what happened
  • The steps you took before the issue occurred
  • A screenshot, when helpful and safe to share

Please do not send passwords, full payment-card information, Social Security numbers, medical records, diagnoses, medication information, insurance information, or other sensitive personal information.
