1. What Realizer Is

Realizer is a lifestyle and behavior-support app designed to help adults build greater awareness, consistency, and supportive daily routines.

The App may provide tools for tracking meals, nutrition, water, sleep, mood, energy, workouts, goals, preferences, and other lifestyle-related activity.

Realizer is not a medical, clinical, diagnostic, treatment, therapy, emergency, or healthcare-provider service. The App does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or clinical monitoring.

Information, estimates, messages, and other content provided through the App are for general lifestyle and educational purposes only. Consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding medical concerns or decisions about your health.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information that you provide, information created through your use of the App, and limited technical information needed to operate and protect the App.

A. Account Information

When you create or use an account, we may collect:

First name
Email address
Authentication and account-status information
Account creation and login activity
Disclaimer acceptance and related timestamps

Passwords are managed through the App’s authentication provider. We do not intend to store readable versions of your password.

B. Profile and Onboarding Information

We may collect structured information you select during onboarding or through your profile, including:

Lifestyle goals
Areas where you want support
Prior supports and helpful routines
Consistency challenges
Success-vision selections
Coaching-style preferences
Structure preferences
Motivation preferences
Preferred morning and evening coaching windows
Activity level
Goal and macro-setup selections

MVP onboarding is designed to use structured selections rather than open-ended personal narratives.

C. Macro-Setup Information

When you use the App’s macro tools, we may collect information such as:

Age
Height
Weight
Biological sex used for calculation
Activity level
Lifestyle or fitness goal
Progress preference
Calculated or manually entered calorie and macronutrient targets

Macro results are estimates and are not medical recommendations.

D. Lifestyle and Activity Logs

Depending on the features you use, we may collect:

Meal and food entries
Estimated or manually entered calories and macronutrients
Water entries
Sleep selections
Mood selections
Energy selections
Workout sessions
Exercise details
Duration and intensity
Progress and activity history
Saved meals, workouts, or preferences, where supported
Limited notes or descriptions entered through retained logging fields

You control which optional lifestyle information you choose to enter.

E. Motto and Coaching Information

The App may collect or create:

Your AI-generated motto
Structured onboarding information used to create the motto
Coaching preferences
Morning and evening supportive messages
Information used to determine which supportive message is appropriate

The saved motto may appear in your Dashboard, Profile, Coach Check-In, and other applicable App experiences.

F. Support Communications

If you contact us, we may collect:

Your name and email address
The content of your support request
Information reasonably necessary to investigate or respond
Any attachments or screenshots you voluntarily provide

Please do not include medical records, diagnoses, medication information, provider information, insurance information, or other sensitive medical details in support communications.

G. Information Collected Automatically

We and our service providers may collect limited technical and operational information, such as:

Device type
Operating system and App version
General device and application identifiers
Login and session information
Feature usage and interaction events
Crash reports
Error and diagnostic information
App performance information
Security and fraud-prevention information
Date, time, and general technical information associated with App activity

We use this information to operate, maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the App.

3. Information You Should Not Enter

Realizer is not designed to collect or store medical records or detailed medical information. Please do not enter:

Medical diagnoses or detailed condition information
Medication or prescription information
Provider, physician, therapist, clinic, or hospital names
Insurance information or member numbers
Medical record numbers
Laboratory or test results
Surgical or treatment histories
Social Security numbers
Full financial-account information
Street addresses
Information identifying another person
Other sensitive information that is not necessary to use the App

We may use automated privacy controls to discourage or prevent the submission of content that appears to contain sensitive medical or identifying information. These controls may not identify every type of sensitive information, so you remain responsible for limiting the information you enter.

When a privacy control blocks an entry, the App may ask you to revise the content before continuing.

4. AI-Assisted Features

Some App features may use artificial intelligence or automated processing. These features may include:

Generating a personalized motto from structured onboarding selections
Estimating calories and macronutrients from a food description
Adjusting the tone of morning or evening Coach Check-In messages
Producing other lifestyle-support content described within the App

When you use an AI-assisted feature, selected information may be sent to an AI service provider or processed through our supporting technology infrastructure. Depending on the feature, this information may include:

Structured onboarding selections
Coaching preferences
Your saved motto
Recent lifestyle or activity summaries
Food descriptions entered for estimation
Relevant meal, workout, or daily-log information

We limit AI inputs to information reasonably needed to provide the requested feature. You should not submit medical, clinical, insurance, provider, or identifying health information through AI-assisted features.

AI-generated outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or based on estimates. You can review and edit applicable food estimates before saving. AI-generated content is not medical advice and should not be relied upon for diagnosis, treatment, or healthcare decisions.

5. How We Use Information

We may use information to:

Create, authenticate, and manage your account
Provide onboarding and personalization
Save and display your lifestyle and activity logs
Calculate or display macro estimates and targets
Generate and display your motto
Provide Coach Check-In messages
Generate food and nutrition estimates
Display progress and same-day activity information
Maintain your preferences
Support editing and deletion of your information
Respond to support inquiries
Troubleshoot errors and improve performance
Protect the security and integrity of the App
Prevent misuse, fraud, or unauthorized access
Maintain records reasonably necessary for legal or operational purposes
Comply with applicable law

We do not use the App to provide medical treatment or make clinical decisions.

7. Data Retention

We generally retain account information and App data while your account remains active and for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the App. Retention periods may vary depending on:

The type of information
The purpose for which it was collected
Whether the account remains active
Security and fraud-prevention needs
Legal, tax, accounting, or dispute-related requirements
Technical backup and recovery processes

When you permanently delete your account, we will initiate deletion of the information associated with your account from our active systems. Some information may remain temporarily in backups or technical recovery systems until those systems are overwritten through ordinary retention cycles.

We may retain limited information when reasonably necessary for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, enforcement of agreements, or protection of our rights. We do not retain information longer than reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy.

8. Your Choices and Controls

A. Review and Update Information

You may review or update certain profile information and saved preferences through the App. You may also edit or delete supported meal, workout, and activity-log entries through available App features. Some onboarding and identity information, including your generated motto, may remain read-only during MVP.

B. Delete Your Account

You may permanently delete your account directly through the account or profile settings in the App. Before deletion, the App will ask you to confirm that the action is permanent and cannot be undone.

Account deletion is intended to delete information associated with your account, including:

Profile and account information
Meal and activity logs
Saved preferences
Progress history
App activity associated with your account

Limited information may be retained as described in the Data Retention section. Deleting the App from your device does not, by itself, delete your account. You must use the account-deletion feature inside the App or contact us for assistance.

C. Support and Privacy Requests

You may contact us to ask questions about this Privacy Policy, request help accessing or correcting information, request assistance with account deletion, raise a privacy concern, or exercise rights available under applicable law.

D. Device Permissions

You may manage certain device permissions through your device settings. Disabling a permission may limit features that depend on that permission.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. Safeguards may include:

Account authentication
Access controls
Restricted administrative access
Secure service providers
Encryption in transit or at rest where supported
Monitoring and diagnostic controls
Data-minimization practices
Security and incident-response procedures

No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for notifying us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

10. Age Eligibility

Realizer is intended only for adults who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that information has been collected from a person under 18, we may delete the account and associated information.

11. United States Operations and International Users

The App is operated from the United States. If you access the App from outside the United States, your information may be processed or stored in the United States or other countries where we or our service providers operate. Privacy and data-protection laws in those locations may differ from the laws in your country.

12. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, applicable law may provide rights relating to your personal information, such as the right to:

Request access to certain information
Request correction of inaccurate information
Request deletion
Obtain information about how data is used or shared
Withdraw certain permissions or consent
Appeal the handling of a privacy request, where applicable

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the App, our practices, or applicable requirements change. When we update the Policy, we will revise the Effective Date above. When appropriate, we may also provide notice through the App, by email, or through another reasonable method. Your continued use of the App after an updated Policy becomes effective means that the updated Policy applies to your continued use, subject to applicable law.
